Rules

  1. TEE TIMES – BuckSnort Disc Golf Course is a Private course and is only available to Members. You must have already booked a T-Time and received a confirmation before you arrive to play.  All T-Times are at 10:02 A.M.  We limit play to 2 groups per day; both at 10:02 A.M.  One groups starts at hole 1 and the other at hole 14.  One briefing is given to both groups so please be on time so as to not inconvenience the other players
  2. SMOKING – There is ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING on the course or while on Eagles Gate Road except in designated smoking areas. Smoking is allowed in the designated smoking areas near holes 1, 6, and 16 or in your car as long as you use the car ashtray. If there is not a roof over your head, you are not in a smoking area.  If you are seen with open flame on the course you will be asked to leave.  All the players on their card will also be asked to leave for not stopping the unauthorized smoking.  No refunds or awards will be issued.
  3. LITTERING – We have provided trash receptacles throughout the course and at the number 1 shelter.  Please note the distinction between trash and garbage.  Garbage is food such as parts of a sandwich, even a beef jerky wrapper.  Garbage attracts the attention of BEARS and RACCOONS.  They like to scatter everything in the trash receptacles all over the course.  Empty beverage containers, score cards, caddy sheets, etc. are ok.  We ask that you pack all garbage back out.
  4. VANDALISM – Destructive behavior, dangerous horseplay, disturbing the environment, moving baskets or any other course feature, harming any tree or breaking live tree branches, is unacceptable. Please don’t ink, sharpie, or “tag” anything (ace or not), e.g. benches, baskets, trees, etc.
  5. FLORA & FAUNA – BuckSnort DGC is a beautiful place, but it is also a place where plants and animals have to work hard to survive. Please watch where you are walking on the course, and be careful not to step on the wildflowers, saplings, delicate grasses or cacti.  You will likely see and hear wild game. The wild game was here first, so please give them their space.
  6. DOGS – We are dog lovers and we welcome all friendly and well behaved dogs. If they are prone to tussle with other dogs, people or discs, please leave them at home!  If you bring a dog that causes damage, injury, chaos or attacks any person, place or thing at BuckSnort you will responsible for all expenses associated with the damage and/or injury caused by your dog.
  7. LOST & FOUND – Nothing is lost . . . forever . . . a beautiful sentiment, and at BuckSnort we embrace it.  If you find anything on the course, (including: sunglasses, wallets, cash, discs, towels, money, hats, cameras, water bottles, etc.) it is not yours.  If you did not bring it and you did not find it in a trash can it does not belong to you.  Please return it to the non-working grill next to the building at #1 T-Box and we will make every effort to get it to its rightful owner.
  8. PROPER CONDUCT – Please conduct yourself in a respectable, responsible manner while on our property.  We have neighbors, and bad conduct, driving too fast on the road, etc. could result in course closure to all but Annual Members.  We want you all to have a blast while behaving yourself.  We thank you in advance for your well-mannered behavior during your visit.
